      Co workers and sometime flexibility with hours.

      Cons

      The pay is very low. A lot of labor work and chemicals inhalation. Getting better, but needs much more improvement. Seems that the company only cares about the sale team or any business position.

      Pay and benefits were great. My direct manager was fantastic

      Cons

      Working environment on the team I joined was highly toxic. To the point where if I knew it was as bad I would have never accepted the job offer. Ended up staying 9 months before finding another job.
