      -The people -Tons of Resources for personal and professional life -Real change from speaking up and being honest in surveys and during 1-1's -Flexibility - especially during pandemic

      Cons

      -Lots of new leaders that need more training -Lots of to-do's at the end of the year (would prefer if they were spread out more) -The facility needs a deep cleaning, ants everywhere, and new furniture

      Pay and benefits were great. My direct manager was fantastic

      Cons

      Working environment on the team I joined was highly toxic. To the point where if I knew it was as bad I would have never accepted the job offer. Ended up staying 9 months before finding another job.
