Pros
Lots of low hanging fruit in terms of process improvement. Very easy to be impactful.
Cons
Safety systems are lacking. Need to separate the performers from the leaches. Pay could be better. The Kaiser plan is HMO/Deductible, meaning it’s the worst combination of everything. You’re stuck with Kaiser but you still have to pay a deductible on top of the copay.
