      Some truly great people, interesting product, parent company provides some really great training

      Cons

      Yearly lay-offs so you never feel secure, pay is absolutely below market rate and you will have to fight TOOTH AND NAIL to get paid fairly if you don’t negotiate up front

      Pay and benefits were great. My direct manager was fantastic

      Cons

      Working environment on the team I joined was highly toxic. To the point where if I knew it was as bad I would have never accepted the job offer. Ended up staying 9 months before finding another job.
