      Pros

      PGW is a great company to work for. The work itself in the Distribution Department is tough but the men and women that are grinding it out by your side make for an amazing experience. You're never alone in PGW. From HR, Medical, Management, Security, the ability to reach out to anyone is possible and easy.

      Cons

      The concept of "sick time". Here you have "sick time" that you can take but if you do it is counted as an "occurrence". These occurrences interfere with progressions and possible opportunities in other departments. Wasn't a big fan of that concept.

      Pros

      Easy work guaranteed 40 hours a week great benefits no lay offs pension 457 or 401k paid sick days holidays and vacation days

      Cons

      You get penalized for using sick days to easy to lose progressions in the summer time the higher up have less work so they micromanage everything you do new rules are constantly being added it’s not a real union the union works for Pgw so it’s a conflict of interest when it comes time for them to defend you the company always puts the blame on you if they can never find a conclusive answer to a problem
