      Pros

      Everyone was friendly and easy to approach for help. Best feature is how high you set the bar for yourself. They will assign you more work and give you more responsibility if they see you progressing past their expectations.

      Cons

      One drawback is that the main software the company uses is slow however they continue to improve it as how they just installed a new Lew Survey software towards the end of my internship. I would've also liked to go out on the field more often during my internship to learn about the installation of gas lines but was stuck behind a desk.

      Pros

      Easy work guaranteed 40 hours a week great benefits no lay offs pension 457 or 401k paid sick days holidays and vacation days

      Cons

      You get penalized for using sick days to easy to lose progressions in the summer time the higher up have less work so they micromanage everything you do new rules are constantly being added it’s not a real union the union works for Pgw so it’s a conflict of interest when it comes time for them to defend you the company always puts the blame on you if they can never find a conclusive answer to a problem
