      Pros

      Stable with good benefits. Ok salary.

      Cons

      No flexibility with schedule or time off. No growth, no learning. Very little vacation time. They took away work from home privileges and while we technically have 1 day now it’s hard to actually get it since managers constantly schedule in person meetings on your day, or guilt you into coming in. The atmosphere is stressful due to managers worrying about appearances but the company still can’t get anything done. The lack of flexibility with work from home means we’re all sick all the time since people try not to use sick days.

      Pros

      Easy work guaranteed 40 hours a week great benefits no lay offs pension 457 or 401k paid sick days holidays and vacation days

      Cons

      You get penalized for using sick days to easy to lose progressions in the summer time the higher up have less work so they micromanage everything you do new rules are constantly being added it’s not a real union the union works for Pgw so it’s a conflict of interest when it comes time for them to defend you the company always puts the blame on you if they can never find a conclusive answer to a problem
