Pros

People are nice and friendly, no cut-throat a-holes. Nice mix of foreign to domestic ratio of about 4;6. Can smoke IQOS during work if you're in a allowed meeting room or joining a call via online.

Cons

Work culture/ethics conflict between Japanese and foreigners. Japanese won't take part in any a project if it's out of their comfort zone. Too many meetings. Many incompetent managers with long tenures. Many non-managers are forced to cleaning after them for sloppy work and management.

Hidden agendas from upper management, P&C is not trustworthy, retaliation exists, hire incompetent people and don't hold them accountable, they bring in others from other countries taking valuable American jobs
