Communication Terrible bonus payout this year Bonus incentive parameters changed drastically this year (yet to see how it pans out for next years payout) Lost Work life balance benefits Vacation buy program dropped hybrid admin Fridays gone More calls per day, more driving, more admin responsibilities, No time to do it National sales meeting (Where we at least got together for 1 week a year) most likely gone
