Pros
International and multicultural environment. It provides opportunities to interact with people from all over the world and people of all origins. There are no discrimination of gender and no rasicm within the organization. Various training and career development courses. Good Salary, good social and medical benefits. People are mostly friendly.
Cons
Problem with communication and understandings between different functions and different countries and regions. As to accomplish a mission, it takes good team work and coordination of different departments. The company is not very strong in this aspect. Organization is too big that some people's career are not being paied attention to.
