Pros

good benefits are provided to almost all levels with equality. Individual perks are not outstanding compared to other industries but overall package far exceeds needs even after comparing with other companies.

Cons

demands a lot from employees... targets are always elevated to push you... that is not bad. Bad is all the politics that happens around. a culture that promotes who talks better and louder than who gets the job done. a culture that tolerates "crab mentalitiy" at different levels of the organization.

Hidden agendas from upper management, P&C is not trustworthy, retaliation exists, hire incompetent people and don't hold them accountable, they bring in others from other countries taking valuable American jobs
