Philip Morris International

Engaged Employer

OK if you want good salary ...but you will not see "top" management talents here...and everything is about "networking". - Anonymous employee Philip Morris International Employee Review

Pros

Good salary and overall package. Nice training opportunities. Possibility to make cross departmental move. Looks good on your CV that you worked for PMI.

Cons

Very political. If somebody in senior management does not like you, they can bury you. Networking is the "key" thing to get promoted, regardless of your capabilities. If you want to move up, prepare yourself to join "the old boys club".
