Pros
International company with cool atmosphere and very healthy financials. Friendly atmosphere, great conditions of work, fair remuneration and benefits. No feeling of external pressure.
Cons
Promotion is based on sponsors and networks. You can do the best job of your life and no reward if not sponsored. Very political environment, not ready for changes. Top management (2 guys) are enthusiastic, many VP's and Directors understand their positions as "kingdoms to be defended". And sacrifying those who can disturb could be the right strategy. Less care for the company than for own interest looks common.
