Pros

Good benefits, good salary comparing to others.Credibility of company's name in CV. Possibility to learn a lot, the system itself is very good a lot of staff has been reached in comparison to others. This is very positive.

Cons

Not promoting best people. Promoting and pushing only based on political friendships. Even if a promotion turns out to be a bad step - if manager or leader - there is never a plan B. It can not happen management would say - this was a terrible mistake. Even if the company has done big steps, and has done much more in its model as others, the potential is getting lost. So many things could be reached. Good people are leaving, where company invests much into juns, but does not support them/if they are not politically correct/to be seniors. So other companies get sens for free. Its a pity. Furthermore, its a shame how some managers promote a recruitment agency, and employ people coming from that agency. Simply it can be called as Agency mafia.Very nice. Where is the giving space to best people motive in that one?
