Pros
Bright future and the new acquisition is helping to reshape the employee experience. Some of the internal groups are working towards better long term investment opportunities such as education for employees. However if you have a mildly racist, bigot, or sexist manager you cant use any of those opportunities.
Cons
Some middle management participates in the "Good old boys club," this makes it uncomfortable for women and POC to speak up to HR.
