Quality, coworkers, managers, and staff. Very professional work environment. Superb benefits. Many opportunities place to make a career.
Cons
Like most companies, there is a click and each group and is hiring/promoting decisions are made. It often depends more on who you know than what you can do. Many consultants have been used in the last few years making huge changes, but not perhaps the right ones.
