-no say in the unit you are placed, no bidding rights -incompetent management -leaks, spills, fires, and exposure to chemicals is commonplace. -Forced overtime is commonplace with no intention on hiring to fix the problem, as that would acknowledge the problem. -Vacation is earned over time, you start with zero vacation. -Management warns out of state hires that they have much less a chance of making it through probation due to coworkers feeling like (you took their cousins job)
