Pay, vacation time, yearly bonus

Cons

Nepotism- regardless of experience, if your “friend” works at P66, he will get you in with high pay and job. Sexism - they are still in the cave ages! They will not allow for women to advance and pass them up for less experienced, less qualified white males. Click-y - to advance, you have to be part of the “boys” club. Yearly promotions and raises are set by the same people that got their friends in- your work and reviews write up, will not matter.

Freedom, no micromanagement, annual AMPP course, supportive team, little push back on budget requests.

Cons

Difficult to get salary increases, not many opportunities for advancement.
