Closing LAR - Operator Phillips 66 Employee Review

Company likes to keep everything a secret. They will not tell you something until you hear about it on the news. People found out about the LA Refinery closing before the company even told the workers. They do not always promote the right people to management. Half the time management does not know what is going on in the units. As of recently they were just hiring anyone off the streets with no knowledge of process and no background in the field. They care more about how people will like someone instead of hiring people with experience.
