Pros
The pay is one of the highest in the area. The retirement and benefits are really good. A lot of autonomy in daily work. Good company to have on resume while in search of something better.
Cons
The pay isn't worth it. You are expected to do the work of several different roles. They run lean to start with, and they can't keep positions filled. In one breath they will ask you to take on more work and to also please catch up on X. Stay late? Come in on days off? Doesn't matter, you're behind on X and management is really focusing on X. A large percentage of your time at work is spent calling and emailing other overworked people/offshored contractors to try to get them to complete a simple task to clear out something that is over due. Constant change and new processes/systems that don't work.
