Horrible company to work for - Warehouse Worker Phillips 66 Employee Review

Rude staff and management, favoritism, lack of air conditioning, very hot all the time. The favoritism and rudeness of some of the people here is unreal. The management is very rude and defends lazy people who won't do their job. If you call out people who won't do their job such as retrieving bundles of boxes from a table, they will blame you for it and justify their laziness.
