Pros

The best benefit to working here was the flexibility.

Cons

While flexibility was a benefit, it never came without a cost - of course, that all depended on who you were. This is a disgusting company. They believe they’re untouchable and function like a cult - they expect you to prioritize them while neglecting your family, etc. They have monthly meetings about non-sense, force you into life coaching, engage in sexual harassment, general harassment, abuse their size, engage in kickbacks, break the law knowingly… again, a disgusting company. They’ll run your reputation and take advantage of you while selling you that it’s the best company. No amount of money is worth the devastation or pain you’ll suffer working here. Don’t get me wrong, not everyone is terrible but the management sets the stage and they are terrible.
