Cons
The director and assistant director and basically the entire managment team at my location was a disaster. Really catty and gossip all the time about pretty much everyone. they always had a criticism but never a solution. Communication was just really bad in general and I'd be there an hour or two after I was supposed to leave on a regular basis because they couldn't keep employees long enough to have someone to let me go at the end of the day. Classes were over enrolled because they just wanted to make money and didn't care that the ratio for teachers was gonna be messed up. Feel like they just put teachers dead last in priorities which in turn made morale sucky. There was always drama with someone.
