Pros

Can't beat the mission. We care about our patients and do what is right for them. High quality care for a wide range of conditions. Great benefits.

Cons

Some members of leadership are bullies. Every single new position must be approved by the CEO. No EVP or SVP will do anything without the CEOs approval, so progress is very slow. CEO has hired 2 of his kids and they move up quickly with promotions. VP turnover is way too high.

You are so right about the mission. Certainly one thing I think we all agree upon. I'm hoping you will notice some favorable changes on the next few months...

Pros

The culture here is truly exceptional. From day one, I’ve felt supported, encouraged and set up for success. It’s been a genuine joy coming to work each day. What stands out most is how approachable and invested everyone is at every level, including the CEO. They take the time to answer questions and offer guidance. Coming from an academic background into a completely new environment and I’ve really appreciated the patience and understanding from my colleagues as I tackle this brand new adventure. It’s a welcoming, collaborative place where you feel valued, and I’m grateful to be part of the team.

Cons

Things move quickly, which can be challenging at first, but it keeps the work engaging and creates lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

Pros

Guaranteed hours. Friendly co-workers. Pay is decent if you know you're worth.

Cons

No career support for experienced nurses looking to pivot or transition to a different role. Raises were not given due to Medicaid cuts.
