Pros

The patients. That is it.

Cons

The pay was horrible for what you have to endure. The nursing staff is completely rude and make you feel inferior. Horrible place to work. I would leave in tears every day. I quit my job here MONTHS ago and needed a copy of my final paystuobt today and even payroll was completely rude. I would NEVER recommend working here to anyone. Also, you will be working 3/12s a week with no time for lunch and no breaks.

Pros

The culture here is truly exceptional. From day one, I’ve felt supported, encouraged and set up for success. It’s been a genuine joy coming to work each day. What stands out most is how approachable and invested everyone is at every level, including the CEO. They take the time to answer questions and offer guidance. Coming from an academic background into a completely new environment and I’ve really appreciated the patience and understanding from my colleagues as I tackle this brand new adventure. It’s a welcoming, collaborative place where you feel valued, and I’m grateful to be part of the team.

Cons

Things move quickly, which can be challenging at first, but it keeps the work engaging and creates lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

Pros

Guaranteed hours. Friendly co-workers. Pay is decent if you know you're worth.

Cons

No career support for experienced nurses looking to pivot or transition to a different role. Raises were not given due to Medicaid cuts.
