Pros

1. Mission of healing. 2. Seeing that recovery is possible. 3. Researching the possibilities of medicine and its impact on our future generations. 4. Seeing medical professionals dedicated to helping others survive and live a life that has potential and is very meaningful.

Cons

1. There is no leadership training or classes on how to become and maintain being a successful professional. There is lack of oversight and accountability. 2. There is a lack of trust throughout the organization, from top to bottom. 3. Leadership is reactive rather than proactive, often recycling the same approaches. 3. There is a failure to bridge the generational gap, which results in neglecting past service, age discrimination and dedication while failing to promote future growth. Harmony is diminished and struggling. (Please see other comments). 4. Professional boundaries are exploited and not honored. 5. There is failure at the leadership level to understand, utilize and leverage people’s unique abilities.

Pros

The culture here is truly exceptional. From day one, I’ve felt supported, encouraged and set up for success. It’s been a genuine joy coming to work each day. What stands out most is how approachable and invested everyone is at every level, including the CEO. They take the time to answer questions and offer guidance. Coming from an academic background into a completely new environment and I’ve really appreciated the patience and understanding from my colleagues as I tackle this brand new adventure. It’s a welcoming, collaborative place where you feel valued, and I’m grateful to be part of the team.

Cons

Things move quickly, which can be challenging at first, but it keeps the work engaging and creates lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

Guaranteed hours. Friendly co-workers. Pay is decent if you know you're worth.

Cons

No career support for experienced nurses looking to pivot or transition to a different role. Raises were not given due to Medicaid cuts.
