Pros

The management does have a caring attitude.

Cons

For their entry-level care provider, there is no pay for 2 days of training and you are not told the shifts available (usually second shift) or the pay range before filling out their application and interviewing.

We are sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with Phoenix. Training pay is paid out after averaging 80 hours. Pay range and shifts available are discussed during interviews after an applicant expresses interest in working for Phoenix.
