Phoenix Home Care has been the best choice I ever made for employment. I have never worked for a company that holds their employees in such high regard and the management team is awesome. They have an open-door policy and when issues arise, benefit of the doubt is always given. Their culture is so positive and one like I have never encountered anywhere else. Phoenix wants the best for their clients and their team, so they use a hiring process called the X-factor. I believe that is the secret to their success. They only want the perfect fit for their clients and that speaks volumes. Phoenix empowers their employees to make decisions and gives them the opportunity to pave their path to excellence. They are big about promoting within and are constantly growing, now in 5 states. Phoenix is a true team and one you should work for. You will not regret it.
