Pros
I’m sorry but I’ve got nothing.
Cons
Be prepared to be asked to donate to something several times a week. Be prepared to be asked to make food and bring it in for company events rather than the company supplying the food. Be prepared to be asked to bow your head in prayer at work. They push a very positive culture, but do not see to it that the culture is being upheld at all levels, so depending on who’s team you’re on, is what determines if you have a good or bad experience. My manager was new to being a manager and was not good at it. She openly spoke badly of people on her team. She openly mocked people who are here on a work visa in front of others. If you sit near her then you hear the private reasons why people have used PTO because she doesn’t like that they aren’t at work. I did not receive good training in my position and ended up teaching myself my job. When I expressed my frustration for lack of training, I was told to take the rest of the day off and then my job was posted as an available position. Toxic work environment. Do not recommend.
