Ownership and responsibility of your roll with the company. You govern your desk. Owners and Directors listen to new ideas and executes what makes sense. We have fun while getting our work done. No micromanagement, entry level will not last long. The company lives by our Core Values
Cons
No real formal training so come prepared to learn on your own and ask questions. Benefits are ok but can be better. Not much growth potential.
