The company will give you back what you put into it. If you want to learn and grow, they will provide you with ample opportunities to do so. If you just want to slide by and not perform to expectations, you won't last long with the company.

The company is firm with their attendance policies. If you are normally absent or late you won't make it long.

I enjoyed the team I worked with and got a chance to speak with most of management and they were easy to talk to. They are open to feedback and will try to work with you just based on what company needs allow.

They would benefit from a suggestion box or some kind of open forum for Q&A's
