Pros
Phorest is growing really quickly, so roles change and evolve all the time, which is great. You certainly won't get bored doing the same thing over and over, and there is a lot of opportunity to get involved in new things and develop your career. When you come to work in Phorest you can really take ownership of what you are doing and drive this forward, without bureaucracy, which is really refreshing and one of the main attractions of working with Phorest. It's also a fun place to work, with a big focus put on company culture and promoting this.

None really. Staff are regularly asked for feedback on what can be improved upon and how things can work better within the business. Keep this up and continue to take feedback on board.
