Pros

This is a company that takes culture and the treatment of its employees very seriously. Everyone is treated like a valued member of the overall team. Your time is respected and no one will ask you to work outside of your scheduled hours or give you unreachable goals. Everyone that works here is just happy and kind everyday which makes work so much more enjoyable!

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
