Pros
You typically work with some cool young people. The job can be a lot of fun at times as long as you are ok with approaching people and/or are an outgoing person.
Cons
The hours can be long. There are no incentives. Management is overbearing and occasionally micromanaging. There are no rewards for a job well done. There can be a lot of favoritism. Corporate could not care less about the front line employees regardless of their capability or seniority.
