people are rude, the company is super inefficiently run, the other employees get drunk at work and often fudge the numbers, among other things. The upper management does fake cheesy presentations about customer service and how you too, can achieve the dream of going corporate at a really uninteresting and badly run company (which you probably cannot). As an employee, they make you feel replaceable because you are. Oh and also, the pay is terrible. There is definitely a reason they are always hiring.
