Pros
They try to give you incentives like gift cards and such, which is nice. You also get to meet a lot of people which can be fun sometimes. Room for growth is there but sort of limited, they always promote from within. My co-workers were a very diverse bunch, which was really fun. They are very gay friendly as well.
Cons
It's a monotonous job, it doesnt change at all, ever. It is boring, and can only be made fun if your co-workers are fun. I would only really recommend this to people for a summer job. For some of their locations you can even be outside all summer.
