Pros
Free or discounted visits at some of Chicago's premier tourist attractions. Free pictures of your visits. You can meet some awesome people and even celebrities on occasion. And from time to time get a free lunch from the CEO.
Cons
There is a disturbing amount of nepotism going on at all locations between venue managers towards trainers, leads, and assistant managers. Skydeck was the absolute worst of all. Venue manager was sleeping with employees. Letting people who were friends do little to no work during high peak business hours. The pay was ridiculously low for the amount of work and responsibilities that were expected. Employees were stealing money from registers. The company shows little or does nothing for people who dedicates themselves to Photogenic. They expect you to be available 24/7 even if you're at home sick and can't stand.
