This company’s highest sales are during the summer months and for winterfest, after that expect no shift at especially if you were working during the summer in to winterfest. After winterfest all previous employees get no shifts but seasonal workers turned part time get all the shifts. Not to mention if you become a shift lead you only get a .25¢ increase.
