I have just joined this company and found my self in a hell so for saving others i just write this review.
1.Long and strict work hours 10 , in which 9 hours must be in office area, Outside the office area timing will be less from your total IN & OUT time.
2. No Coffee Machine and telephone at desk.(Is it true ??Yes it is true )
3. None of the policy employee friendly.
4.If they offer you on-Site (Don't be happy) then there is hidden agreement about your stay in company minimum years.
5.No work life balance and no work from home.
6.No cab n meal for late night and weekends and No HR policy for same.So you have to go home from office in mid night and also order food from your pocket.
7. Very small cafeteria and limited option, Not good for everyone if you don't have your luch box and due to strict 9 hours office area rule you can't think for go outside.
