6yThanks for sharing your point of view. We would like to respectfully disagree. We work for 8 productive hours a day. Change is constant in our business, and Photon serves customers in an industry that changes daily. We appreciate the hard work invested during your tenure. While we understand there are days where there might be extension required based on the role and the capacity of the employee, this is not a standard. We are just wondering why the operational issues you have mentioned here have not been raised with the respective teams for a overall closure.
