1.hire and fire company. 2._they won't honour notice period of 90 days as mentioned in offer letter. they will fire you if you are in bench for more than a month without any compensation. 3.you have to maintain 9 hour infront of laptop. they have tool to detect. if you maintain less hour you have to apply leave. 4.number of leaves &holidays are less than industry standard . 5.they is no half day leave policy. you have to apply full day leave. 6. pantry is not equipped fully. tea is available only between 11 -11.30 am and 4-4.30 pm. 7. you can't spend more than 30 min for lunch . system tracks our offline time. if you are taking break for more than 5 min you have to inform via teams. 8. regret joining this company my colleagues too felt it.
