Cons
Working at Photon was a horrible mess. When I first joined, they didn't pay me my full payroll. HR is horrible at reaching back to you if you have any problems. However, they are always bugging you to fill in your timesheets when it's not even due. They call you in the middle of work, during the weekends, or during your PTO and *literally* yell at you. Once you end your project with a client, they're supposed to take care of you and assign you to a new client, however, they didn't even give me a chance to interview other clients and I got a layoff on that day without any notice. I tried reaching out but they already banned my email. Their non-compete agreement blocked me to get a full-time position with the client I was working for, which was another chaos. I have 3 more colleagues who work for Photon and they all complain and want to leave the company. Again, PLEASE I BEG YOU TO AVOID WORKING AT PHOTON AT ALL COSTS!!!
