I was working for 2 years, due to internal policies and team manager people started to leave the team, so the burden of workload came to me. So I worked hard, day and night, for some issues I was called at night 3 am, I supported it. Everything was going smooth, one day a new manager came, he made a junior resource to join the team who is known to him from his previous work company, he got all the KT from me and next day he just fired me away, in Teams meeting, just like a trash paper. I was devastated, my marriage is delayed due to that incident. I lost all my self confidence and went to depression. Too many micromanagement. Worst company. What you see in LinkedIn are just rosy pictures to lure outside people, like a mosquito UV trap, come in and get caught. No work life balance, you get monitored in your laptop by pre installed software by the IT team, minimum 9 hours working or else auto mail triggers to CEO and HR and you need to justify the reason or put leave.
