May have a long driving commute depending on where you live, not structured like a fire department or County EMS squad house no couches no bunk rooms workout room kitchen etc. it’s private EMS….And your average old ambulances just like any other private EMS service don’t expect some bad & boujee ambulance to operate out of because you ain’t getting it again it’s not some luxurious fire brigade

Management is great! You choose your own schedule! Opportunities to work different stations if another person calls off so you don't lose hours! Pay is very competitive! They have a very strong mindset for being an industry standard on emergency medicine excellence - you'll definitely grow in experience here.

Some individuals that work at stations and are influential cause a negative vibe and tension between co-workers. Again, management is great - so report them and it's dealt with promptly. Some of the co-workers are young so they tend to have a immature and non-cooperative attitude towards individuals with a more mature and professional demeanor.
