Run.. - Office Coordinator Physicians Group Employee Review

Upper management/administration above ATL/TL is the most unprofessional and disrespectful group of people I’ve had to deal with in my entire working career. They are completely unaware of how to properly roll out a new EMR system, communication is wack, and when an office is run by one OC, it is nearly impossible to get your work finished on a busy day unless you stay until 8 at night. It is a thankless job and you will never receive a raise. Every OC has resigned within the last couple of months, which is why they’re so short on staff and the only reason they’re paying overtime right now. This goes for all locations in SW FL**
