Pros
The best part about this position is that you go home “alone” every night.
No patients calling you after-hours.
No “Emergency Calls”.
The company will pay your malpractice for you.
They will sometimes pay for CEUs, so you do not take time away from the office.
If you want Job Security…. Or want to think you have a secure Job….and you are a good Chiropractor, than this is a great company for you.
Cons
They will ask everyone about you….. but You.
The stats will be great, you’ll be making them 15k a week, and then they’ll cut you, and you’ll get Unemployment and a Severance Package.
Everyone on the inside will report you to Management.
“Why didn’t you adjust this patient?” they’ll ask.
And you better have a cogent reason.
Like I said…… you’ll feel like you are being a good Chiropractor, and you’ll have an Income for your Family.
But looks are deceiving.
Good luck! :)
