Pros

Clinic hours and willingness to work with schedule Benefit premiums

Cons

Poor PTO balance - PTA's get less than half of what PT's get despite carrying the same if not busier case load Empty promises made in interview with HR (possibility for management, eventual hope for 401k matching, minimal double booking - yet expect 14 patients a day be scheduled in an 8 hour shift) Poor communication from upper management Unqualified/young clinicians in management positions Minimal continuing education allowance - forced to spend $300/year on medbridge
