      Within Richemont, good working environment

      Cons

      Snobbish people especially when it comes to sales team, big turnover, good skilled people always leave. Everyone seems to be people's person only when you are useful for them. Taking advantage out of employee, long hours, extra work out of scope due to low budget.

      Piaget is a great company to work for. They take a lot of pride in educating their staff about their watches, jewelry, and history.

      Cons

      Compared to Cartier and Van Cleef, Piaget experiences very little traffic.
