Thanks for the feedback and sorry your experience differs so strongly from others at the company. Our strategy has been consistent since 2016; create the best visual tools and online destination for emerging entrepreneurs in the digital space. While we may make mistakes along the way, we pride ourselves in being aggressive to try new and innovative things that will make a long term difference for our customers. For example, we spent 2 years building an entirely new platform for innovation to serve our current and future customers beyond what others will be capable of. We pride ourselves on flexible work/life balance policies and are building an exciting, fast-paced culture that can take advantage of the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape. We do this together as teams that value trust, inclusion, learning and joy (our 4 core values). But we must be failing in communicating this well to have this heartfelt of a reaction. We will do better!
