Management based in PH is pretyy laidback. as long as you hit your targets, you will be fine and will even be qualified for annual salary appraisal.

Cons

1. Salary is much lower than in other online healthcare jobs. 2. SF Management is always going through so many changes that it's hard to keep up with their demands

Really enjoyed my coworkers, they were super flexible on account of being fully remote, and the work was interesting

Cons

Got laid off along with around 1/4th or 1/5th of the company. They did not do it in a very professional manner. Locked me out of all accounts at 9am. Supposedly they sent an email to my personal account with some information about the layoffs but I did not receive it, so I didn't know what was going on until I got a meeting invite titled "Exit Meeting" to my personal email to meet with the CTO in 10 minutes. I also never got the opportunity to talk to my manager. I'm sure it is difficult to do layoffs as a remote company in general, but they did not handle it particularly well.
